Management changes to Vivartia Group

Chief Executive Officer at VIVARTIA: Mr. P. Throuvalas

MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. (hereinafter “MIG”) announces the following changes to the management structure and the members of the Board of Directors of Vivartia Group subsidiary companies.

Mr. Y. Artinos submitted his resignation, for personal reasons, from the positions of the Chief Executive Officer of Vivartia, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MIG as well as member of the Board of Directors of MIG’s subsidiary companies.

Vivartia’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, expressed its appreciation to Mr. Y. Artinos for his valuable contribution to the development of the business and the consolidation of the company’s product leadership in the market. The Board of Directors elected Mr. P. Throuvalas as the new Chief Executive Officer, currently serving as MIG’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Mr. A. Vgenopoulos will assume the duties of the non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Mr. E. Bouloutas will be appointed Executive Vice-Chairman. Mrs. A. Souvatzoglou will assume the duties of the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the Fast Food Services & Entertainment (FSE) subsidiary companies Goody’s S.A. and Everest S.A.

Following the above, Vivartia’s Board of Directors composition is as follows:
