Giving an important promotion to the Greek products in Dubai, Vivartia was dynamically present in the GULFOOD fair, held from 23 to 27 February, launching jointly with the local partner Exeed, the new company, Hayatna («Our life» in Greek).

Hayatna operates since the beginning of the year under the brand name Alethia, in the categories of cheese-making, under the brand name Kuzina in the categories of frozen pastry, vegetables and ready-made meals and under the brand name Delta  in the category of Greek yogurt. All products are produced at the premises of  Vivartia in Greece and are exported to the United Arab Emirates and to the other countries of the Gulf, giving the opportunity for the local consumers to learn and enjoy authentic Greek recipes and products with the signature of quality of Vivartia.

The international exhibition GULFOOD is held every February, in Dubai. It is the largest food fair in the region and one of the largest food fairs in the world, with over 4,200 exhibitors and more than 78,000 food companies, retail representatives, distribution companies, large hotels and restaurant chains from around the world. The large number of attendees who visited the booth of Hayatna had the opportunity to taste the company’s products, while the quality and breadth of the product portfolio have been the focal point for new partnerships.

The   exhibition booth  of Hayatna was honored by the presence of the Commercial Attaché of the Greek Embassy in the UAE, Mr. Michalis Brettakis, the CEOs of the companies Vivartia, DELTA and Exeed mr John Artinos, mr Antonis Mavridoglou and Dr. Kamel Abdullah and by a team of awarded chefs from the largest hotels of the Emirates along with Mr Miltos Karoumpas, President of the Chefs Club Greece.
