ATHENS, GREECE, October 14, 2026 – Vivartia Holding S.M.S.A. (“Vivartia”) today announced that it has entered into a definitive Share Purchase Agreement for the sale of 100% of the shares in Evergood, the Group’s food services business, to Canada-based Recipe Unlimited Corporation (“Recipe”).
Vivartia is pleased to partner with Recipe, a strategic investor with over 100 years of operational experience in the restaurant sector. Operating 18 brands across full-service, limited-service, and retail segments, Recipe’s portfolio includes iconic concepts such as Swiss Chalet, St-Hubert, Montana’s BBQ & Bar, Harvey’s Burgers, New York Fries, and The Burger’s Priest.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary approvals and closing conditions.
