The beloved Kuzina restaurant, located in the historic heart of Athens, remains a timeless destination for both locals and international visitors, combining its unique location with an unparalleled gastronomic experience.
At the center of this experience is renowned chef Aris Tsanaklidis, who skillfully blends Greek ingredients into original recipes with fusion influences. From the crab salad with mango, avocado, and blue crab from Pieria, to the lamb fillet with Mediterranean vegetable mirepoix and Mavrodaphne wine sauce, each dish is crafted to deliver a one-of-a-kind culinary result.
This summer, the enchanting tarazza—with its breathtaking view of the Acropolis and the Temple of Hephaestus—comes alive with music.
