(a subsidiary of VIVARTIA Holdings) and ELLINIKA GALAKTOKOMEIA S.A. announce the signing of a Share Purchase Agreement for 100% of the shares of DODONI S.A. – Agricultural Dairy Industry of Epirus and its subsidiaries by ELLINIKA GALAKTOKOMEIA S.A., following relevant negotiations that took place in the preceding period.

The next step toward completion of the transaction is the approval by the Hellenic Competition Commission.
