(\u201cVivartia\u201d) today announced that it has entered into a definitive Share Purchase Agreement for the sale of 100% of the shares in Evergood, the Group\u2019s food services business, to Canada-based Recipe Unlimited Corporation (\u201cRecipe\u201d).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vivartia is pleased to partner with Recipe, a strategic investor with over 100 years of operational experience in the restaurant sector.
