The main mission of VIVARTIA HOLDING Single Member S.A.’s (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) Board of Directors is to steer company strategy in order to effectively safeguard its interests, the interests of its shareholder, as well as its stakeholders.

The Company’s Board of Directors in accordance with its decision of August 1, 2023, and following the reverse merger with its parent company VENETIKO HOLDINGS, consists of the following members:
