If –as the Greek saying goes- “love passes through the stomach” then couples in love living in the city will surely pay a visit to Kuzina on February 14, because the famous chef Aris Tsanaklidis will wait for them after having prepared a special menu exclusively dedicated to St. Valentine’s Day.

The restaurant fans will have the chance to become the honored guests of Kuzina to celebrate this special day with their significant other and enjoy the unique recipes of the well-known chef in the cozy and friendly environment of the restaurant.

They will receive a glass of delicious Moscato D’asti wine as a welcome drink, in order to relax and to get in the festive mood of the day.

Right after, at the beginning of the meal, the visitors can choose between the sweet pumpkin Velouté soup with shrimp bisque and the famous donuts with feta mousse, sundried tomato, olives & pomegranate sauce. Their appetizer will be accompanied by a rich salad with spinach, arugula, pine nuts, cranberry, poached pear, anthotiro cheese & a vinaigrette made by aged balsamic acid.

Moving on to the main course, the celebrating couples can choose among the famous pork, which is roasted in the oven for 12 hours, with basil & lime cream & cucumber salad, turnip, pepper and coriander salad or the juicy chicken with orange, apricots, almonds, saffron & sweet potatoes purée , or the risotto with beetroot, walnuts, goat cheese & herb salad.

The finale comes with the dish that will make this special day of the year even sweeter: The armenoville with caramelized almonds, meringues and hot chocolate ganache will be the perfect ending for the perfect night.
