The Vivartia Group, a subsidiary of MIG, has received 4 major awards at the “Franchise Awards 2018” held on Wednesday, January 31st, under the auspices of the National Confederation of Commerce (ΕΣΕΕ), the Greek Franchise Association (ΕΣF), the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ΕΒΕΑ) and the Athens Chamber of Commerce (ΕΕΑ).

The Group’s historical brands have been distinguished in important categories, confirming once again their strong presence in the highly demanding food market. These awards are an important acknowledgement of the ongoing effort of the people who participate in the vision of the Group and work every day so as to contribute to this success.

The Group’s distinctions in detail:

 

  • Goody’s Burger House, the historical brand that introduced the term “burger” to the Greek public in 1975, was awarded in the “Best International Expansion” category for its successful overseas operations.
  • Flocafe Espresso Room, the concept that first introduced the absolute coffee experience in the Greek market, was awarded in the “Best Concept Re-design” category for its complete redesign on a store, product range and service level.
  • La Pasteria, the authentic Italian restaurant with the unique atmosphere, was awarded in the “Most Innovative Product” category for innovation both in recipes and in the way its dishes are prepared and served.
  • Everest, the favorite street food for all hours of the day, was awarded in the “Best Core Web Strategy” category for the creation and implementation of the new e-ordering service (www.everest.gr), which enables the customer to order from any device, either for delivery or for takeaway.
