During the visit, the representatives of the Chinese Embassy met with company’s executives from the Departments of International Operations, Industrial Policy and Research and Development. They were guided in the company’s facilities and saw the production process of Greek yoghurt, from the delivery of the milk to its packaging for marketing, while a product tasting followed.

The representatives of the Embassy particularly appreciated the high level of DELTA’s facilities and technologies and they positively assessed the taste of its products. Finally, they appreciated the strict specifications and standards applied by the company in its operation.

The Commercial Attaché, Ms Zhou Ruojun thanked the company’s representatives for the warm reception and for organising the visit and stated that the Chinese Embassy wishes to act as a bridge to facilitate the business co-operation between the two countries. As the Commercial Attaché stated, the representatives of the Embassy learnt a lot about dairy products, both by the company’s executives and by watching the whole production process of yoghurt.
